1. The service

Proofite (proofite.com) gathers the sources you choose — newsletters, RSS feeds, web searches, X profiles — and uses artificial intelligence to write your personal daily digest, with a podcast version and a voice assistant. The service operator can be reached at [email protected].

2. Account

Using Proofite requires an account with truthful details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens with your account. You can delete it yourself at any time from Settings → Account: deletion is immediate and permanent.

3. Free trial, beta and subscriptions

  • Free trial: registering without an invite code gives you a few days with every feature and an included AI usage allowance. When it ends the service pauses: no automatic charge, your data stays safe.
  • Invite-only beta: with an invite code you use Proofite for free for the duration of the beta. We will give you fair notice before any change.
  • Proofite Pro: monthly subscription, renews automatically. Cancel anytime (from the payment portal on the web, or from App Store / Google Play subscription settings if purchased in-app): cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. In-app purchases are also governed by Apple / Google terms.
  • Gifts: gift months are one-off payments redeemed with a code; they do not renew.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer you have 14 days to change your mind: write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and we refund in full, no questions asked.

5. Fair use

You agree to connect only sources you are entitled to use (newsletters you subscribe to, public feeds) and not to abuse the service: no reselling, improper automated access, circumvention of usage limits or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, notifying you when possible.

6. AI-generated content

Digests are written by artificial intelligence from your sources: however carefully, they may contain mistakes, imprecise summaries or omissions. Always verify important information at the source. Proofite does not provide professional advice (financial, legal, medical or otherwise).

7. Ownership

The Proofite software and brand belong to the service operator. Your sources' content and your data remain yours: you grant us only the technical licence needed to process them to provide the service (revoked by deleting your account).

8. Availability

Proofite is in beta: we do our best to provide a continuous, high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain. Significant changes will be communicated.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability towards you is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms: substantial changes will be announced by email with reasonable notice. Italian law applies; for consumers, the courts of your place of residence remain competent. Last updated: July 2026.
